Let’s show people the importance of passing the ERA by welcoming them to a country where only half of its citizens are equal under the Constitution.
Where “Justice for all.” is really “Justice for the privileged few.”
Where the Founding Fathers made certain to include the worlds – “freedom”, “justice” and “equal protection” in the Constitution.
But not the word “women”.
Welcome to a place where women have been discriminated against for 245 years and counting.
85% of people in the United States believe that women are guaranteed equal rights to men under the Constitution. Unfortunately, that is not true as the ERA amendment was never published to the Constitution.
It’s time to raise awareness of this massive inequality and change it.
